Our organizations are becoming more and more complex and there is a lot of human resistance to the various changes!
The Immunity to Change™ course provides an opportunity to experience a proven Harvard model of adult development. It provides concrete tools for developing strategies and action plans to ensure stakeholder engagement for organizational success.

Objectives

  • Know how to use an adult development model in the context of an Agile transition.
  • Be committed to your own development with the support of your peers.

Continuous improvement and Agile methods are good tools to inspect an organization’s processes and reveal its inefficiencies.

Content

Introduction: developmental constructivist theory.

Presentation of the Kegan and Lahey model.

Mapping of levels and transitions in the
context of an Agile leader.

Personal experimentation with the Immunity to Change™ development tool.

This course is designed so that the participant will gradually integrate the concepts covered:

  • an individual reflection before the beginning of the course
  • one day of group training
  • two 90-minute phone calls (first call: 2 weeks after the day of the
    training; second call: 6 weeks after the
    training day)
