Agile for Managers

As in any large-scale project, the support of managers is critical to the success of an Agile transition.
As part of a transition to Agile, managers responsible for the people who will be directly or indirectly involved in a project using an Agile approach must understand what this transition means and the impact on their management style.
This course is designed to give managers a better understanding of Agile approaches and to orient them on the changes to be supported.

Objectives

Focusing on Scrum, an Agile approach to project management, this course for managers presents the main challenges of traditional approaches and the core values of Agile approaches. It allows participants to:

  • Become familiar with Agile approaches
  • Understanding organizational change
    resulting from the implementation of Agile.
