Christian Lapointe is an Agile Coach and Scrum trainer. He comes from Quebec and lives in Paris, a stone's throw from the Parc de Vincennes.
On Sundays, he meets his friends to brew beer, or works on rehabilitating a large farm in the countryside - which will become a third place, in the heart of nature. He was a developer in his first life. He is very familiar with the Scrum world, but is also interested in psychology (Virginia Satir's approach) - he thus accompanies the development of his clients and teams in a way that integrates classic Scrum and agile methods, with a lot of depth, humanity and empathy.
Christian has trained in Integral Development Coaching and Integral Facilitation.
