An Agile Technical Coach is someone who will spend time with your teams in order to understand their problems and be able to support them on a daily basis in several ways:

learning hours: learn a new practice in a one-hour session.

With daily support via :

peer / mob programming: implementing together in everyday life what has been experimented or solving problems together.
Code review: an outside view of the process, automation and code.

Individuals can learn a great deal in training, but often have problems implementing what they have learned in their everyday lives. Continuous learning and experimentation will enable the team to improve in the areas identified during the self-assessment, and thus move towards their ideal.
