We are partners of scrum.org and offer training courses.
Today, most organizations require certifications for people who are to take on the roles of Scrum Master or Product Owner in particular.
Even if this certification is not synonymous with an expertise based on the practice of roles, it still allows to validate a base of knowledge essential to make the Scrum framework live.

📝 REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Registration for our public courses is done online on this site. You can access the list of public courses via our course calendar. You will also find all our courses in the catalog.
If you are interested in a private and/or customized course, we invite you to contact us to discuss it via this form or at +41 (0) 22 575 20 75 (for Switzerland).
If you are unable to register via the website, we invite you to write to us via this form.
We invite you to to write to us to let us know of your interest. If a date opens up, you will be informed directly.
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation of registration. We will then come back to you to confirm the course and share all the practical information related to the course.

The payment of your participation in the course must be made at the latest before the beginning of the course.
If you have chosen to pay by credit card via Stripe, your participation will be confirmed immediately.
If you have chosen to pay by invoice, you will receive the invoice by email after validation of your registration on the site. Payment must be made at the latest before the beginning of the course.
❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation, absence, withdrawal of the Participant before the beginning of the course or stop during the training must be reported to us via this form.
FOR FACE-TO-FACE TRAINING :
No later than 21 days prior to the course date: In the event that the Client cancels his/her participation no later than 21 days prior to the course date, the Client’s registration will be cancelled without charge. If the course has already been paid for, the full amount will be refunded. If the Client wishes to reschedule their participation to another course offered on the calendar, we will reschedule their participation to another date on the calendar at no additional cost.
If the cancellation is made less than 21 calendar days before the start of the course, 10% of the course fee will be charged.
If the cancellation is made less than 14 calendar days before the start of the course, 50% of the course fee will be charged.
If the cancellation is made less than 4 working days before the start of the course, 100% of the course fee will be charged.
If the client is absent from the course, 100% of the course fee will be charged.
FOR DISTANCE LEARNING COURSES:
No later than 14 days prior to the course date: In the event that the Client cancels his/her participation no later than 14 days prior to the course date, the Client’s registration will be cancelled without charge. If the course has already been paid for, the full amount will be refunded. If the Client wishes to reschedule their participation to another course offered on the calendar, we will reschedule their participation to another date on the calendar at no additional cost.
If the cancellation is made less than 14 calendar days before the start of the course, 10% of the course price will be charged.
If the cancellation is made less than 4 working days before the start of the course, 50% of the course fee will be charged.
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start of the course, 100% of the course fee will be charged.

Linked to an insufficient number of registrants
Pyxis Suisse reserves the right to cancel a face-to-face course up to 7 days before the date of the course and up to 3 days before the date of a virtual classroom course if there are not enough registrants.
In this situation, Pyxis will propose a suitable alternative to the Customer (postponement of the registration for example). In the event that no alternative can be found, the registration fee will be fully refunded to the Customer.
Linked to an external event
If the cancellation of the course results from an event of force majeure or fortuitous (trainer sick or victim of an accident, external social conflicts, natural disasters, fires, floods, malfunctioning of the communication tools, transport problems of any type… and other circumstances beyond the control of Pyxis Switzerland), the Participants registered to the course will have to choose among the following options
– Postpone their participation to another course offered by Pyxis Switzerland, at no additional cost.
– Cancel their participation. In this case, the entire amount paid will be returned to them by bank transfer.
Pyxis Suisse will not reimburse all or part of the transportation or accommodation costs incurred by the Client to attend the training. It is the client’s responsibility to select “no-cost” options in order to receive a refund if the course is cancelled.

If the Client cannot attend the course he/she has registered for, the Client has the possibility to postpone his/her participation to a course offered by Pyxis Suisse at a later date.
This change of dates is free of charge if the Client has requested it to Pyxis at least 14 days before the course.
If the postponement occurs less than 4 days before the date of the course and if expenses have been incurred by Pyxis Suisse for this course (room rental, meal reservation, etc.), 150CHF of penalties will be charged to the Client.

💵 SPECIAL RATES AND DISCOUNTS
Distance learning courses already receive a discount (15%).
In addition, we offer a 15% “early bird” discount for registrations made 30 days before the course date.

💰 TRAINING FUNDING

✅ COURSE OF A TRAINING
Once your registration is validated, you will receive a confirmation from us, and then information to prepare your training at best (logistic information, practical and preparation exercises).
Classes are generally held between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm.
For ecological reasons, the course material will not be printed. However, you will have access to a digital version before the course if you wish to consult it before and/or print it on your own.
If you are taking a certification course, the trainer will show you the steps to take to pass the exam. These will be detailed again in the email you will receive following the course.
– You will receive an email with the process to take the exam (in the case of certification courses), as well as recommendations and course material to help you prepare.
– In addition, we will offer you a date 1 month after the course for a group coaching. The objective is to follow up and answer any questions that may have emerged since the training.
