What is the impact on the team and the product? <\/h3>\n\n<p><br\/><br\/> The last Scrum Guide (released in November 2020) brought a new notion: the &#8220;Product Goal&#8221;. <\/p>\n\n<p>Since this notion is present, there is more clarity on the direction that is taken and there is less need to justify choices at each Sprint.
