His career
After her studies in Business and Management, Carole spent 8 years in a cosmetics group as a project manager for philanthropy and corporate communication.
In 2018, she chose to put her energy and talents at the service of Pyxis Suisse and to support the team on various missions (marketing, communication, customer relations and experience, design of educational materials, implementation of tools, training management, etc.).
Taking an active part in the life of a self-organised company, diving into the heart of the agile mindset and connecting with its impulses is for her an exciting adventure that has made her evolve at great speed, especially in terms of self-knowledge!
Today, Carole is driven by the desire to contribute to the creation of an alternative school for children that would integrate democratic principles and Agile principles. She works in parallel with her missions for Pyxis Suisse to advance this project which also makes a lot of sense for the team.
